Deleting your data

Keryo (published by Ovion, SAS, 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France) lets you generate and publish content on your connected social accounts.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted at any time. There are three ways to do this, described below.

For any question, contact us at support@keryo.io .

Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it, in particular:

• Your account details (email, name, password)
• Your connected social accounts and their authentication tokens (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
• Your clients and their connected accounts
• The posts, drafts and media you created on Keryo
• Your usage and statistics data

This is the fastest and most complete method:

• Log in to your Keryo account
• Open your Profile page (Profile settings)
• In the "Delete account" section, click "Delete my account"
• Confirm by typing your email address

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, connected social accounts, clients, posts and account data are deleted.

If you only want to remove one linked platform (for example your Facebook or Instagram account) rather than delete your whole Keryo account:

• Open your Profile page, in the "Connected accounts" section
• Click "Disconnect" next to the account you want to remove

Disconnecting immediately revokes the corresponding authentication token so Keryo can no longer access that platform on your behalf.

For Facebook, Instagram and Threads, you can also review and remove Keryo directly from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Keryo".

If you cannot access your account, you can ask us to delete your data by email at support@keryo.io .

To help us locate and verify your account, please include:

• The email address used for your Keryo account
• The subject line "Data deletion request"

We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding, to protect your account against unauthorised deletion.

Deletions made from the app (Options A and B) take effect immediately.

Email requests (Option C) are processed within 30 days of receipt, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

After deletion, we may retain a limited amount of data only where the law requires us to, for example:

• Billing and transaction records kept for accounting and tax obligations (payments are processed by Stripe)
• Data we are legally required to keep to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

This data is kept only for the legally required period and is then deleted.
