Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Keryo, our automated social media publishing service.
1. Identification
The Keryo application is published by Ovion, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 939 522 033, whose registered office is located at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Purpose
These Terms of Sale set out the conditions under which the user may access the services offered by the Keryo application, which consist of automatically generating and publishing content on social networks such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
3. Acceptance
Any use of the Keryo application implies the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
4. Access to the service
Keryo is available as:
- a free version with limited features
- monthly or annual subscriptions granting access to additional features
The available features may be modified at any time by Ovion.
5. Prices and payments
Subscription prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). Payments are processed through the Stripe platform. Payment is charged at the start of each chosen subscription period (monthly or annual).
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with European regulations, a 14-day right of withdrawal is granted to any individual (consumer) user. Beyond 15 days after payment, no refund can be issued.
7. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their Stripe portal. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
8. User obligations and responsibility
The user undertakes not to:
- publish content that violates the terms of use of the connected platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- use the application for spam or to distribute unlawful or harmful content
The user is solely responsible for content published through Keryo. Ovion cannot be held liable for publications made through the application.
9. Limitation of liability
Ovion uses all reasonable means to ensure that Keryo functions properly. However, Ovion cannot be held liable in the event of:
- a temporary malfunction
- a service interruption
- data loss
- or non-compliance with the terms of use of the target platforms
10. Intellectual property
The Keryo application, its interface and its content (excluding user publications) are the exclusive property of Ovion. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
